Why does it take so long to send out my scarf?
Each scarf is made to order just for you and this means the process takes a little longer. If you need a scarf more urgently please get in touch as we may be able to help.
Do you offer other types of wool, vegan for example?
Sourcing good quality yarn is important for us. We’re currently looking for a soft vegan yarn and hope to be able to offer this soon. Please contact us with your details and we can let you know when it becomes available.
I haven’t received my order?
We’re sorry to hear that, please contact us thesnug@haldahita.co.uk and we’ll be able to help.
My scarf is faulty, what should I do?
Quality is important to us and we’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us at haldahita@gmail.com so we can help. Faulty items will be replaced free of charge. You should notify us of any faults within 14 days of delivery.
How do I return an item?
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days in its original condition and packaging to receive a full refund. Unfortunately we’re unable to refund the cost of return postage.
We recommend you use a secure signed for service for your return to ensure it arrives safely. Please obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
We will email you to confirm receipt and your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 10 days.
Bespoke products cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty.
