1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
2. Registration and Purchase
2.2 You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
2.3 You are responsible for all activities and purchases that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you know of, or suspect, that anyone has obtained access to your account or if you otherwise become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or other security breach.
2.4 We may refuse at our absolute discretion any application to join us or receive our services for any reason whatsoever. We retain the right to refuse to sell to someone if we believe them to be a fraud risk, or they have been offensive to our staff. We will never use reasons such as racism, sexism, religious grounds or any other discrimination as a reason for not selling.
2.5 Accounts are not transferable and therefore cannot be sold or traded.
3. Ordering your Halda Hita Scarf
3.2 If any colour you have chosen is unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone, and offer you an alternative or cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.
3.3 We try to display the colours of the scarves and yarn choices as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your device and its settings, and we cannot guarantee that this will accurately reflect the colour of the goods on delivery.
3.4 Please review your order carefully before submitting, we are not responsible for customer generated mistakes such as incorrect delivery address.
4. Delivery and Returns
Delivery
4.1 Standard Delivery 2 to 3 working days Orders under £100: £4.00
4.2 A signature will be required on delivery, your unique tracking reference will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
4.3 We cannot delivery to PO Boxes or parcel lockers
4.4 Delivery may take longer to remote areas or due to circumstances beyond our control
Returns
4.5 If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days in its original condition and packaging to receive a full refund. Please note you will need to cover the cost of the return.
4.6 We recommend you use a secure signed for service for your return to ensure it arrives safely. Please obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
4.7 We will email you to confirm receipt and your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 10 days.
4.8 Bespoke products cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty. Faulty items will be replaced free of charge. You should notify us of any faults within 14 days of delivery.
